Please refrain from any actions that may cause noise complaints to neighbors, such as loud singing, parties, or other activities that may cause inter-floor noise. 5. The business address and resident registration will not be reported. 6. In addition to the cleaning fee, please sort recyclables and perform basic tidying after use, returning the space to its original condition before your arrival. 7. Please return all items to their original places after use and ensure that the room is not damaged. 8. As this is not a lodging establishment, bathroom amenities such as towels cannot be provided. 9. Excessive noise and loud singing are prohibited after 9 PM (please refrain from using the washing machine/dryer if possible). In case of violation of the above special stipulations, the contract may be terminated without a refund of the usage fee, and the deposit will not be returned. Furthermore, if any damages occur due to a violation of the special stipulations, the tenant will be charged for the damages.
