Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
The standard rate is for 3 people, with a maximum of 5 people. An additional 20,000 KRW will be charged per person. Please request in advance if you are bringing a dog. The entire area is non-smoking. Please separate general waste and recyclables. When going out, please be sure to check that the electric induction cooktop, air conditioner, etc. are unplugged. We are not responsible for lost valuables, so please do not leave them at home.
All utility bills are included in the basic management fee, but in summer: electricity bills, and in winter: city gas bills may be charged separately.
