- Located in Buam-dong, this studio apartment is close to Bukhansan and Inwangsan Mountains, Baeksasil Valley, and the Hongjecheon Stream walking path. - The space is optimized for a single female guest. - The bed is a stackable single type, allowing for occupancy by up to two people. - It is an ideal place for a quiet, solitary stay—perfect for reading, meditation, or yoga. - An Illy coffee machine and a variety of herbal teas are provided. - Cooking utensils are available, and there is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building. - Parking is available.
- There is a bus stop (Harimgak) right in front of the officetel. - About 10–15 minutes by bus from Gyeongbokgung Subway Station - About 15–20 minutes by bus from Seoul Station - About 15–20 minutes by bus to Insadong, Seochon, Bukchon, and Jongno
- Move-in can be arranged either in person or remotely. - Once your move-in application is complete, we will send you details on the move-in process and how to use the facilities.
Bukhansan Mountain, Inwangsan Mountain, Baeksasil Valley, the Fortress Wall Trail, and Hongjecheon Stream are all within walking distance. Since I live nearby, I would be happy to introduce the neighborhood, recommend local restaurants, and suggest walking paths if you are interested. "Buam Stay" is located in the Time 730 Officetel; while the building was well-constructed and offers a pleasant environment, it is over 20 years old. The unit itself retains its original fixtures and fittings from when the building was first completed, so there are many signs of age. In particular, the built-in closets and the bathroom are quite dated compared to modern officetels. Personally, I prefer the charm of an older home over a modern one, so I do not plan to renovate unless the facilities actually become inconvenient to use. However, if you experience any issues or inconveniences during your stay, I will address them promptly. *As a token of appreciation, guests who leave the room tidy upon checkout will receive a 10,000 KRW discount on their next visit to Buam Stay. :)
