(Large room with a queen-size bed, small room with a queen-size topper) Each room is equipped with a desk and a large table, making it suitable for remote work or study. Located within bus distance to Gangneung Station, Jumunjin, and Anmok Coffee Street, you can live conveniently without a car. Please inquire for business trips, moving, studies, etc., and we will respond.
Take bus number 300 or 302 from Gangneung Station. Get off at Ojukheon and walk for 10 minutes. The Munseong High School bus stop in front of the house is available and is a 3-minute walk away.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you the apartment number and instructions. Check-in is contactless. Please dispose of your trash in the designated area upon check-out. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed (sorry). The apartment is located near a university, so late-night food delivery is available. In front of the apartment, there is a bus stop, convenience store, fried chicken, tonkatsu, and other restaurants. Daiso, Starbucks, E-Mart, Hanaro Mart, and a university hospital are also within a short distance.
It's a two-room apartment. The ideal number of occupants is 4. Ojukheon and Hanok accommodation are within walking distance. You can see Ojukheon from the house. Gyeongpo Wetland and the reservoir can be used as walking trails. Gyeongpodae and Sacheonjin Beach are a 10-minute drive away. You can take a bus from in front of the house to Anmok Beach and Jumunjin. The nearby library, arena, swimming pool, and tennis court are all within close proximity, making it a great location for enjoying sports.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Wi-Fi is installed and included in the management fee.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring I had a completely comfortable stay. I visited not for sightseeing, but to find a quiet place for rehabilitation and rest while recovering from an illness; the tranquility of the space made every day feel like a meditation session. Gazing at the Ojukheon Hanok, I even felt as though I were in Gyeongju. While most people associate Gangneung solely with the sea, thanks to this stay, I am leaving with a whole new perspective on the city. π―π―
