- Check-in is contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. When making a reservation, please send us a message with ① your purpose of visit, ② your period of stay, and ③ the number of visitors.
Precautions. -Maximum occupancy is 2 people. If additional people are found, you will be asked to leave immediately. -Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the terrace. (Entire area is non-smoking) -Please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors, such as meat and seafood. -Parties that generate noise are prohibited. -Pets are not allowed. -You will be charged for any damage to or loss of items. -In the event of contamination or damage, you will be charged for the cost of the affected product. Parking Information. Free parking is absolutely not available at the accommodation building. We recommend using public parking lots with affordable rates or public transportation. Misa Central Public Parking Lot (1,2) 800 won for 30 minutes, 7,000 won for 24 hours, approximately 300m away Registration of change of address is not permitted.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
