This is a very clean room in excellent condition. It's fully furnished with a bed (mattress), TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. It's a 9-minute walk from Seobu Bus Terminal Station on Subway Line 1, and there's a bus stop right in front of the building. There's a large grocery store just a minute away. There's also a convenience store nearby, about 2 minutes away, making it very convenient for daily life. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. ^^
