This house was completely remodeled 4 years ago. It has a clean white & wood tone. The owner is very friendly. ^^ There are a total of 2 rooms and 1 living room, but one room can be used as a utility room (it is difficult to sleep in as there is no heating).
10 minutes on foot from Seobu Bus Terminal Station on Subway Line 1. There are many buses at Seobu Bus Terminal Station. There are 3 bus stops close to the house. Parking is available in front of the house.
1. Check-in is possible both in-person and remotely. 2. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 70,000 won. (Please contact us via chat for pet-related inquiries.) 3. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 4. As this is a quiet residential area, parties and gatherings are not permitted. (Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM.) 5. As this is not a lodging facility, we are unable to provide bedding, toiletries, or towels. (Bedding rental is available for 10,000 won.) 6. Standard check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. However, this can be flexible for personal reasons, so please inform us in advance. 7. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you urgently need anything during your stay. ^^
