This is a house that I remodeled in Korean and French style after living happily with my children for more than three years. It is available for rent. It includes a dryer, dishwasher, sink, food waste disposer, water purifier, etc. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and bus stops nearby, so it is convenient. It is a quiet area with many old houses in Seogwipo, so there are stone walls and tangerine fields.
The airport bus comes nearby, and it's a 5-minute taxi ride. If you don't have luggage, you can walk. It's conveniently located between Seogwipo's old and new downtown areas. E-Mart, Beophwan Port, and Oedolgae are all a 5-minute drive away.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I stayed comfortably with my parents, my elementary school daughter, and myself, a total of four people. We were able to have our own space throughout the trip, so we had a more comfortable stay. This accommodation has sufficient conditions for a month-long stay. It's also close to various amenities, so the location is good. Communication with the friendly owner was also good. I'll come again!
