It faces due south, so it gets sunlight all day, and it's bright and warm. From March 2026, the monthly rent will be 190,000 won. However, for existing tenants who extend their lease, the existing rent will apply.
There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. Sangin Station is about a 5-minute drive away.
Check-in is contactless. The door lock password will be sent to you via text message on the day of check-in. Check-out is before 11 AM, and check-in is after 4 PM. No smoking indoors. No parties. Please dispose of trash (and food waste) & recyclables upon check-out. A cleaning fee may be charged for severe contamination. The maximum number of occupants is limited to 3. And, pets are not allowed.
