We just opened in August 2024 after remodeling. It is a beautiful accommodation with a garden, where you can feel the quiet atmosphere of a detached house. There are many large shopping malls such as Mario Outlet and Hyundai Outlet near Gasan Digital Station, so there are various restaurants and shopping streets for young people to enjoy. The newly renovated bathroom is as large as the room. You can also conveniently use the washing machine and dryer.
It is located a 6-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station, and there is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation.
Depending on the situation, move-in can be done in person or remotely. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you the passcode for the common entrance and each room, as well as accommodation usage guidelines, via text message. The room is equipped with basic furniture such as a bed, desk, hanger, and storage cabinet. If you require anything additional, please inquire separately and we will assist you.
The entire place was remodeled in August, and we are now looking for guests to stay in our new space. If you come and see it for yourself, you will feel that it is a more emotional accommodation. We will prepare thoroughly so that there are no inconveniences and always listen to the voices of our customers.
There are no additional costs other than the admission fee (however, if there is abnormal use outside of daily life, a management fee may be incurred).
