#Two subway stations are nearby, a 3-minute and 6-minute walk away, respectively. #There are three bus stops within walking distances of 2, 7, and 8 minutes. #By subway, it takes 30 minutes to Gangnam, 12 minutes to Yeouido, and 16 minutes to Magok. #Convenient transportation with numerous bus routes to the airport, Gyeonggi-do, Gangbuk, and other areas. #The property is a complex of multiple buildings rather than a single one, offering a spacious parking lot; a parking gate key is provided upon reservation.
☆ Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. A special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged if there is an odor of indoor smoking. ☆ Check-in is contactless. ☆ We will send an information text message once your reservation is confirmed. ☆ As professional cleaning services did not yield satisfactory results, the owner personally blocks off a day to meticulously clean everything, from the window screens to every other corner. ☆ Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and check-in time is 5:00 PM.

All utility charges are included in the management fee. (Electricity, gas, water, internet, water purifier, etc.) Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

It was a fantastic place! The host was always quick to respond, making communication seamless. The location was great—situated on a wide street with plenty of parking and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. The house was clean and new, and the large closets in every room were incredibly convenient; the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were all perfect with no issues whatsoever. I would definitely love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
