I apologize to the landlord, but I am speaking honestly and without exaggeration. If you see this, please make improvements for the sake of the tenants. 1. The parking area is cramped. It is supposedly first-come, first-served, but workers from the nearby LG Display site place markers outside to block access, preventing us from parking there, even though the inner area under the building (piloti) remains empty. The drainage lip in the parking area is high; if you drive further in, the undercarriage of the car scrapes against it. 2. Even in the middle of summer, laundry doesn't dry. It is extremely humid, and mold grows on the walls. 3. Some units have bathroom sinks where the water doesn't drain properly. 4. The bathroom ventilation fan is old and ineffective, causing mold to grow in the toilet bowl. 5. Even with the balcony windows fully closed, mosquitoes and bugs still get inside. 6. There is an odor in the room. A foul smell rises from the kitchen sink drain, so I have to plug it with tissue paper.
