With excellent heating, cooling, and security, it's fully furnished for comfortable business trips or short-term rentals. You can also conveniently use the subway and buses to Ansan, Bucheon, Gwangmyeong, and Seoul. We will do our best to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay.
- 5 minutes by car from Sincheon Station (Seohae Line) - Public transportation is available from the main gate of Arantree. Bus No. 16, Bus No. 3-A, Bus No. 3201 (express bus) - Other buses to Ansan, Bucheon, Gwangmyeong, and Seoul are also conveniently available.
- Check-in 15:00 (3:00 PM) - Check-out 11:00 (11:00 AM) - This is a contactless self-check-in. - After the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions the day before check-in. (We will provide you with a card key on the day of check-in.) - Pets are not allowed. - The management fee includes all costs such as internet and gas. (However, if excessive costs are incurred, you may be charged.)
-Eungye District is a 10-minute walk away, and there are various amenities such as hospitals, supermarkets, academies, and restaurants. -A special cleaning fee will be charged for smoking (₩250,000). -There are cafes, convenience stores, hair salons, Daiso, indoor tennis courts, screen golf, and restaurants around the accommodation. -*All daily necessities are provided in the accommodation. (Garbage bags, dishes, cooking utensils, towels, home appliances, etc.) However, please prepare your own personal items such as toothbrushes, shower towels, and body lotion.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Basic household supplies (laundry detergent, bathroom and kitchen detergent, recycling bags, tissues, towels, etc.) are provided based on the contract period. Additional usage will be borne by the user. - Excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges upon departure. (Average monthly management fee: ₩280,000)
