The host resides on the second floor of the same building and will do their best to assist you with any inquiries. To get from Hongje Station (Line 3) to the house, take the local bus (Seodaemun 09), get off at Myeongjin Art Villa, and walk for about 2 minutes. To get from the house to Hongje Station (Line 3), it is about a 5-minute walk, or you can take the local bus (Seodaemun 09) from the Myeongjin Art Villa stop. There are two convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. A Twosome Place café and Lotte Super are within a 6-minute walk. Yujin Arcade and Inwang Market are within a 10-minute walk.
Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you a message with details regarding check-in and use of the facilities. The living room features a 55-inch KT Genie TV with pre-installed OTT apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and TVING. Wi-Fi is available. There are two bedrooms, each with a bed, and a sofa bed in the living room that can serve as both a sofa and a bed (accommodating two people for sleeping). In addition to the above, extra bedding and a wide range of household items—similar to a serviced residence—are provided. If you need any other items, please rest assured that I will do my best to accommodate your requests whenever possible.

[Important] Gas and electricity usage is calculated by checking meter readings before and after your stay, as well as through the utility provider apps (KEPCO and the city gas company). If the [combined total] of these two utility charges exceeds [100,000 KRW] during your stay, you will be billed for the excess amount upon checkout. Example: If the combined gas and electricity bill is 150,000 KRW, you will be charged 50,000 KRW (150,000 - 100,000). Under normal household usage, the combined total rarely exceeds 100,000 KRW. There is no issue as long as usage is not excessive. *We ask for your understanding regarding this policy, as it was implemented after a previous guest incurred an excessively high bill due to overuse.
I stayed here for about four weeks during an interior renovation. - The host was incredibly kind, and the place was spotless upon arrival—exactly as shown in the listing photos. - The amenities provided were more than sufficient for a family of four staying for a month. - I loved waking up to the sound of scops owls from the mountain behind the house in the morning, and enjoying the cool breeze at the spacious veranda table in the evening.
