The room I originally booked was vacant at the time of booking, but as the move-in date approached, the existing tenant decided to extend their stay, so I ended up staying in a different room instead. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean. Since I stayed during the summer, the room got quite hot, so I had to run the air conditioner a lot (it’s an energy efficiency grade 3 unit). The neighborhood is very quiet, and there are many foreign residents. It takes a fair bit of walking to get to the main commercial area. Just a heads-up: I had to go to a market near the Prugio Apartments to buy food waste bags, as nowhere nearby sold them. There were CU and 7-Eleven convenience stores, and having a large No Brand store right out front was really convenient. Dharma Kitchen was also just a short walk away. I had a great stay!
