- Move-in will take place after a face-to-face meeting. - A contract will be drawn up at the time of signing. - There are separate rules of use, and you must adhere to them. - Upon check-out, you must restore the space to its original condition and clean it before leaving. If cleaning is not performed, a cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned.
