Recently remodeled. This is a luxurious, white-toned home. The host lives here themselves when visiting Seoul, so they've decorated it with extra care. There's a 24-hour CU convenience store on the first floor, and a GS25 in another building of the same apartment complex. It's safe with 24-hour security on-site. Residents can use the fitness center. It's a high floor with a Namsan view from the living room. Wi-Fi is provided, along with 239 TV channels. All utilities including electricity, water, and internet are included in the management fee. There's a storage room in the kitchen, convenient for storing large items. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet. There's a Ttareungi bike station in front of the apartment, making it a 10-minute bike ride to the Han River. Yongnidan-gil is a 5-minute walk away, with many great restaurants. Yongsan Station is a 10-15 minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride, making it easy to access Yongsan I'Park Mall. Seoul Station is 2 stops away, Myeongdong Station is 4 stops away, Itaewon Station is 2 stops away, and Sinyongsan Station is 1 stop away. Also, many buses pass through here, making it convenient to travel anywhere in Seoul.

You can really feel the host's thoughtfulness here. The location, amenities, and everything else are excellent. I’d love to stay here every time I visit Korea.
