- The space is designed for 2-3 people. Please inquire if you have additional guests. - Upon entering the main gate, you will find three buildings: the main house where the host resides, and the sarangchae (guest house) and byeolchae (annex) for guests. - There is one dog living in the host's main house yard. Please note that it may bark occasionally. - Various markets, including Jungang Market and Naeto Market, are a 5-10 minute walk away, and there is a car-free street with plenty of shopping and food options. - For tourist attractions, Uirimji and Cheongpung Lakeside are near Jecheon, and Yeongwol and Danyang are located 30 minutes away. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors but allowed outdoors. - Registration of residence is not permitted.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Please refrain from excessive energy use.
