It is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop and very close to Jinyeong New Town. Nearby attractions include well-maintained walking trails. It is a 10-minute drive from Jingwon Station to Junam Reservoir in Dong-eup, Changwon, and Bonghwa Village in Gimhae.
Check-in is contactless, and you will receive a notification text when your reservation is complete. Transactions are not possible outside of the SamSamM2 app.
There are many convenience stores and large supermarkets nearby, making it convenient. A sufficient amount of towels are provided in the accommodation, and there is a rice cooker, microwave, basic pot, frying pan, etc., making it convenient to cook. A washing machine is also available for long-term guests. It can be used free of charge, and the boiler and washing machine were replaced with new products in 2026, so it can be used without any problems for long-term stays.
