Please bring your own personal items. ▶ No smoking indoors (no smoking zone). - Violators may be asked to leave and charged a cleaning fee. ▶ No move-in registration allowed. ▶ Separate waste collection - Please separate recyclables and dispose of them in the recycling area on the 2nd basement floor. - Please put general waste and food waste in bags (general, food) and dispose of them on the 1st floor (outside).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Internet, TV, and YouTube Premium are also provided. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
