This is a separate studio apartment next to the owner's unit. The entrance door is different from the owner's unit, so you can use it comfortably. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. Parking is always available, and there are ecological wetlands, various cafes, bike paths, Wawoo Temple, and several wetland parks nearby, so it's great for relaxing. Discounts are available for long-term stays. ^^
Songdam University and Wawoojeongsa Temple are close to the house. Please refer to the photos for cafes and tourist attractions. A car is essential. ^^
The space is not large, so it can accommodate up to 2 people. There are 2 single beds stacked in the room. You can use them as appropriate depending on the situation. Check-in is available without contact. We will provide you with the password when you make a reservation. The outdoor parasol area is also available. ^^
Since the neighborhood is an environmental protection area, city gas is not available, so kerosene heating is required. Excluding winter, the average heating cost is about 35,000 to 40,000 won per week. For electricity, there is a separate meter for the studio, so if you use 200-400kw, the electricity bill will be 1260 won (basic fee) + 174 won per 1kw. If you exceed 400kw, the electricity bill will be 6060 won (basic fee) + 242 won per 1kw. Upon check-out, heating and electricity bills will be calculated and settled. Nearby, there are famous temples such as Wawoojeongsa, ecological wetlands, bike paths, and various cafes, and it's nice to take a walk along the stream.^^
The weekly rate is 20,000 KRW per person, and an additional 20,000 KRW will be charged for each additional person. During summer (July-August) and winter (November-February), you only need to pay for the actual amount of electricity and heating used. If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

The place is in good condition, the neighborhood is quiet, and parking is convenient, making it a great spot for a quiet solo stay. The host was kind, so I had a comfortable stay without any issues. However, the Wi-Fi signal isn't very strong—perhaps because the buildings are separate? I think moving the Wi-Fi router a bit closer might help.
