Located in front of Choeup Children's Grand Park, it is in a great location for walks around Seongjigok Lake and hiking. It is a clean house that is well-maintained. A super single mattress is provided for use as a bed. The room and entrance are separated by a middle door. The room and kitchen are also separated by a middle door.
- There is a bus stop in front of Choeup Children's Grand Park, 3 minutes from the house. - 3km to Seomyeon Rotary, about 10 minutes by car. - No. 57, 83-1, 54, 44 towards Dongnae and Sajik Stadium. - Haeundae Route 63. - Minlak Waterfront Park Route 210 (Gwangalli).
- Move-in will be conducted remotely. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted. - As this is a shared living space, please be considerate of your neighbors and observe proper living etiquette.
- You can hike Mt. Baekyang and traverse to Mt. Geumjeong via Choeup Children's Grand Park and Seongjigok Reservoir. - It is conveniently located for traveling towards Seomyeon and Dongnae. - * Samgwangsa Temple in Choeup is a 5-minute drive away. - Busan Citizens Park, Busan Concert Hall, and the National Busan Gugak Center are nearby.
All utilities are included in the management fee. Additional charges may be requested for excessive use of included items.
The landlord was incredibly kind, the interior of the house was spotlessly clean, and there was no outside noise, so I had a very comfortable stay for two weeks. Thank you.
