Only heating is provided during the winter season... and only cooling is provided during the summer season. Neither heating nor cooling is provided during the transitional seasons. The management office usually posts a notice in the elevators regarding the start date for summer cooling. Generally, cooling begins in early or mid-May, and heating starts around October.
