π We are a short-term rental space, not an illegal lodging establishment, and do not provide personal hygiene products, bedding, towels, or tableware. π After your stay, please do a basic cleanup. If there are no issues, we will promptly return your deposit. π A fee will be charged for lost card keys. In case of damage or theft of facility equipment, you will be responsible for compensation based on the original purchase price. π We are not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence. π Additional charges will apply if excessive heating or cooling leads to high utility costs. π You cannot register your move-in at the business address. π In case of violation of special provisions, the contract will be terminated without refund, and the deposit will not be returned. π Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility. If smoking is detected, the deposit will not be refunded. π For other matters related to your stay, please refer to the information text sent upon check-in.
We are not a hotel or a model home. In principle, all management fees are paid by the resident, but for the convenience of the user, we pay the average management fee on their behalf and include it in the rent. Please note that if excessive management fees are charged due to excessive use of electricity, water, heating, or cooling, you will be required to pay the additional amount.
The accommodation was convenient thanks to nearby amenities and good transportation links; everything from bedding to kitchenware was provided, allowing me to have a comfortable and worry-free stay.

The apartment was extremely clean, and the location was excellent, making everything very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, so cooking was easy and comfortable. Communication with the host was always quick, and they were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for a month and felt completely at home. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
