What a great place—awesome location, and the owner was really nice and very helpful.
Overall, I was satisfied. It is located in a quiet residential area but is within a 10-minute walk of a bustling commercial district and a Daiso, so I didn't lack anything. The subway station is also about 10 minutes away. Please note the following: - As it is a residential rental, bedding and towels are not provided. (Basic appliances like a bed and kitchenware are available.) - Parking is available, but since cars are parked three-deep in front of the building, you may need to ask others to move their cars or move yours for them. - Perhaps because it is a semi-basement unit, there was a slight, distinct odor upon entering, but it disappeared quickly after turning on the air conditioner and ventilating the room. I'm not sure what it would be like during the humid summer months. - I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, so I simply didn't use it; if you need it, you can inquire about it. Anyway, I had a nice, relaxing stay. ^^
I booked it in a hurry, but I'm satisfied. I had a good stay.
