👉 To prevent any potential guest harm that may arise from operating short-term rentals without the landlord's consent, we only register homes that are either owned by the host or have received the landlord's sublease approval on 33M2. 👉 Indoor smoking, parties with loud noises, pets, and exceeding the maximum number of guests are prohibited. Any damage, malfunction, defacement, or contamination that occurs during the stay must be compensated. 👉 Please use designated bags for food waste and general waste, and use the recycling bins for recyclables (1st floor and B1). Please purchase designated bags for waste (available at the convenience store in the building). 👉 If the sanitary condition upon check-out exceeds the general standard, the cost of a professional cleaning service will be charged (minimum 150,000 KRW or more, depending on the condition).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
