It is a 3-minute walk from Byeongjeom Station. The bus stop is also a 3-minute walk away, and there are many bus routes to Suwon, Dongtan, and Gangnam, Seoul. It is easy to use the bus to Samsung Electronics nearby, and the bus to Dongtan Lake Park and Hallym University is right in front of the accommodation~♡ It is convenient to commute to various universities located in Suwon, and it is good to use for a probationary period or dispatch to companies located in Suwon, Byeongjeom, and Dongtan. In addition, airport buses and Seoul metropolitan buses can be boarded nearby.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. The standard occupancy is 2 people, and an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per week will be charged for extra guests. (Babies are not counted as extra guests.^^)
There are many convenience stores and restaurants on the first floor of the officetel. Nearby, you can find Homeplus, a sauna, a gym, Daiso, Olive Young, Gubongsan Park, etc. This accommodation offers both tourism and convenience. In addition, famous tourist attractions, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, and supermarkets are located nearby, making it convenient for business trips or short-term stays. A request: Please refrain from making noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. In case of damage to property or pollution, compensation costs will be incurred. This house was decorated with the thought that our family would be using it. Please enjoy your stay and have a good rest. ♡

I stayed here for a month while my home was being renovated, and I had a truly cozy and comfortable stay with absolutely nothing lacking. The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well.
