- The space features a spotless, modern interior with a white color scheme. - The neighborhood offers numerous restaurants and convenience stores; with a 24-hour McDonald's and the Shilla Hotel right nearby, the area is very safe for women to walk around. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Please note that compensation charges will apply in the event of property damage or soiling.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional charges may apply if there is an unusually high amount of electricity or water usage. I would greatly appreciate it if you could treat the place as your own home and avoid any unnecessary waste :-)
