This unit features a lake view and includes two bedrooms (a queen bed in the larger room and a single bed in the smaller room) and a living room equipped with a washer and dryer. Additionally, there is a separate loft area with two open-plan spaces, providing plenty of room. Please note that the ceiling height in the loft is low—approximately 1.1 meters. We recommend visualizing the height based on a low floor table when considering your reservation.
There is a bus stop right in front of the house. It is 2 to 4 stops to Sanghyun Station and Gwanggyo Jungang Station.
Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per night applies for groups of four or more people. Registration for one vehicle is free; an additional fee of 50,000 KRW applies for extra vehicles for stays of 2 to 30 days.
Gwanggyo Lake Park, Galleria Department Store, and the Convention Center are nearby.
All utility charges are included. However, additional costs may apply if the management fee exceeds 120% of the maximum management fee for units of the same size and layout within the building.
