I am writing this review for the bedding rental event. I am an adult male who signed a 4-week contract and actually stayed for 3 weeks. Here are my impressions from my 3-week stay. 1. The location is excellent. Being just a 4-minute walk from Wangsimni Station (Exit 1) is a huge advantage. It was very convenient for accessing nearby facilities and traveling to other areas. 2. It is quiet and gets plenty of sunlight. Located in a residential area on the 8th floor, it was quiet and comfortable for sleeping, provided the windows weren't left wide open. I was also pleased with the amount of sunlight that came in when the curtains were open. 3. The place is a bit small. While the space is fine for one adult male, having a lot of luggage significantly reduces the room to move around—especially when the foldable mattress is laid out for sleeping. I’d say the maximum luggage capacity is one 28-inch suitcase and two other bags. 4. The building is a bit old, and doing laundry inside isn't very convenient. The building's age didn't cause any actual inconvenience, but I'm mentioning it for reference; since there was no drying rack or space to set one up, I used the self-service laundromat right in front of the building. Overall, I stayed for three weeks without any major issues. I hope this helps future tenants make their decision.
