Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in - 15:00 Check-out - 11:00 Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not allowed.
If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be responsible for the cost of damages. It has been cleaned and is ready for immediate occupancy.

The previous tenant had a sweet potato explode in the microwave, creating a huge mess, but it hadn't been cleaned up. It would have been impossible to miss if they had even opened the microwave. There was leftover food from the previous tenant in the refrigerator. It takes 15 minutes to get to Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital, which isn't bad. However, the path home is very dark and steep.
