(Please park close to the pillar, as a clear path is needed for delivery and courier services.)
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking indoors is prohibited; a receptacle for cigarette butts is provided on the first floor. - Pets are allowed, but please bring your own pet supplies. (There is no extra fee; however, you will be charged for restoration costs in the event of damage.) Please ensure there are no noise complaints or disturbances, as this could be grounds for eviction. - Bedding and towels are not provided. - As this is not a commercial lodging facility, disposable items and consumables are not provided.
-Convenience facilities such as a supermarket, Daiso, hardware store, Geoje Market, Starbucks, and McDonald's are located within a 5–10 minute distance. -Please purchase and use official waste disposal bags, and strictly adhere to recycling and food waste separation guidelines. (For food waste, simply dispose of it in the designated bin provided on the first floor; no special chips or bags are required.) -Restoration costs may be charged in the event of damage. -We do not engage in private transactions without a written contract. (Excluding contract extensions.)
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
Having a dryer in the unit was incredibly convenient, and the place was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, making my one-month stay very comfortable.
