(When parking, please park close to the pillar. Delivery and courier services need a path to pass.)
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. A can for cigarette butts is provided on the 1st floor. - Pets are allowed. However, please be sure to bring your own pet supplies. (There is no additional charge. However, if there is any damage or defacement, the cost of restoration will be charged.) Please ensure there are no complaints. This may be a condition for eviction. - Bedding and towels are not provided. - As this is not a lodging business, disposable and consumable items are not provided.
-Convenient facilities such as a supermarket, Daiso, hardware store, Geoje Market, Starbucks, and McDonald's are within a 5-10 minute distance. -Please purchase and use standard garbage bags, and strictly adhere to separate collection and food waste separation. (Food waste can be disposed of in the dedicated bins on the first floor without needing to buy chips or bags.) -Restoration costs may be incurred in case of damage. -We do not engage in private transactions without a contract. (Excluding contract extensions)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The room was very good and very clean!
It was so clean, and since it's in a bustling area with plenty of great restaurants, I think I'll be visiting often.
