1. Navigation Address Search: 20 Sicheong-gil Parking: Use the free underground parking lot or the City Hall underground parking lot (free). 2. Public Transport (Bus) Chuncheon Station Take the bus (1–2 stops); get off at Myeong-dong Entrance or the Bank of Korea; approx. 3-minute walk. Namchuncheon Station Use the nearest exit and board a bus bound for Myeong-dong at the bus stop. Get off at Myeong-dong Entrance or the Bank of Korea (Gangwon Headquarters); approx. 3-minute walk. 3. Taxi Usually just the base fare (except on weekends).
- The reservation and move-in process are contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - If you request necessary items a day in advance, we will provide them the following day. - Please dispose of recyclables at the sorting area next to the 1st-floor security office. - General waste and food waste should be disposed of in the bins located to the right, past the parking lot entrance outside the main building entrance. Caution: Smoking will trigger the in-room fire alarm.

All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, please note that additional charges will apply if the management fee and gas costs exceed the standard amount. The standard is based on the average of the preceding three months.
I was looking for a change of scenery after studying only at home, and I booked this place because I fell in love with the room and the view at first sight. I spent so much time sitting by the window, gazing at the mountains and relaxing; the scenery was absolutely wonderful. It was truly healing whenever I felt stifled while studying. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and I could tell the owner manages the place with great care. From the washing machine drum cleaning to the bidet, everything felt even cleaner than what I have at home. Every other aspect was satisfying as well—it goes without saying. The owner recommended plenty of great local restaurants, and the security is excellent, making it a safe and comfortable place for women traveling alone. It’s rare to find accommodation of this quality at such a price point. Next time, I’d love to try the duplex room with my children. Thanks to the owner's kind attention, I was able to relax comfortably and get plenty of studying done. Thank you so much. 🥰🥰

It's in downtown Chuncheon, so I could get very close to nature, such as Uiam Lake, Gongjicheon, and Soyang River. The accommodation was very comfortable to stay in.
