(A cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking) - The basic occupancy is 2 people (1 bedroom, 1 large living room, 1 large kitchen, 1 bathroom) Please refer to the photos. - For an additional person, it's 10,000 KRW per day during the off-peak season (Use of 1 additional room... bedding provided) During the summer and winter peak seasons, a management fee of 20,000 KRW per day will be charged. - Extending your stay by one day costs 50,000 KRW. - No move-in registration is allowed.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Please use the property as if it were your own to avoid excessive electricity, city gas, or water bills.) If the included items are used excessively and unreasonably, an additional management fee will be charged upon check-out. (Since we are renting out the house, if the utility costs exceed the weekly management fee, an additional management fee will be charged.)
