Recently remodeled. I meticulously renovated it as if it were my own home. The living room window overlooks the entire sea horizon and Jungmun. At night, you can enjoy the beautiful night view of the fishing boats' lights on the sea. It's near Jungmun downtown. You can visit Saekdal Beach and all amenities within a 5-10 minute drive. There's a GS convenience store next to the house.
Jungmun City Bus Stop (Jungmun Post Office) is a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus that comes directly from the airport, and if you wish, you can call us and we can pick you up near Jungmun.
Please keep the room as clean as possible. Never put toilet paper or foreign objects in the toilet. When you go out, please close all windows. Bugs can come in or it can rain suddenly and hit the room. Also, please make sure that the gas fire, air conditioner, and boiler are all turned off. Smoking is prohibited in the building. Please smoke in the garden on the 1st floor.
The host lives on the 4th floor of the building and can come to help you anytime you need it. This is not a hotel, but a short-term rental. Therefore, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, body wash, toilet paper) and bedding (duvet and pillows) are not provided. Also, cleaning services (sheet changes, room cleaning, bathroom cleaning) are not provided during your stay. If you find it difficult to bring your own bedding, we can rent it to you for a small fee, depending on the situation. You can grill meat in the garden on the 1st floor or in the gazebo next to the building. For those who wish, we offer a one-time bonfire service in the evening (Wed or Sat) during your stay. A fire alarm is installed in the house, and a fire extinguisher is always available. This is the Jungmun Tourist Complex, so there are many good restaurants and tourist courses to visit. All utility fees are included in the management fee. If your electricity or gas bill exceeds 100,000 KRW per week when you check out, we may consider it excessive use or negligence in management and charge you an additional amount. There will be no problems as long as you turn off the boiler and air conditioner when you leave. ^^
I think it's prettier in person than in the pictures. The room was cozy and the bed was good, so I slept very well. The host lives in the same building, so it was nice that they responded quickly. There's a convenience store right next door and restaurants nearby, so it was convenient.
