You must notify the host before using the washing machine. You need instructions regarding the hose and drain before you can operate it. Running it without notice can cause water leakage issues. Please make sure to do this! As this is a quiet residential area, please stay indoors after 8 PM. (Watch your step on the stairs; be careful with cigarettes.)
We are located within the area of Bonghwangdae, Daereungwon, Hwangnidan-gil, and Gyeongju Eupseong Fortress. For large groups, reservations can be made in conjunction with the Gyeongju Cheomseongdae Starlight accommodation.
The rate includes electricity, water, and internet costs. (City gas charges are billed separately based on usage; meter readings are taken upon move-in and move-out.) However, any damage to property or facilities will be billed separately, in addition to the standard fees.
