All utility bills are included in the management fee, but please note that additional management fees may be requested if the included items are used excessively.
I lived in this house for over half a year, and the facilities and location are truly perfect! The house itself is so cozy, and the host is incredibly kind, so I highly recommend it! 👍
I had a good time.
The neighborhood was quiet, so it wasn't noisy at night, and it was convenient to live there. Parking was also smooth late at night, so I had a good stay.
