This is a share house in a newly built apartment. You will have a private room. It is an independent space, so you can use it comfortably without interference. The kitchen, living room, TV, etc. are common areas. Each room is equipped with an individual system air conditioner.
It's a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. It's a 15-minute bus ride to Pyeongtaek Station.
Move-in is in person. A cleaning company is used once every two weeks to clean and manage the common areas. There are household items such as a washing machine and refrigerator, so you can move in with just your body. Dirty work clothes cannot be washed, but other than that, you can wash them comfortably.
Available for immediate move-in. This is a new apartment, and it's as clean and nice as shown in the pictures.
Gas, electricity, and water are included. Internet is not installed. We use a cleaning company for common areas once every two weeks. We also provide basic room cleaning and toilet cleaning. (If you don't want it, room cleaning is not included.)
