Garbage can be disposed of in the separate collection area in the garage on the first basement floor of the building. For general waste, please purchase a standard garbage bag at a convenience store and dispose of it. For recyclable waste (e.g., plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans, paper), please dispose of them in their respective locations. Food waste should be placed in a food waste bag and disposed of in the food waste bin outside the building.
There are no costs other than the management fee. If there is any damage to the room upon check-out that was not present upon check-in, you will be charged for the cost of repairs. Upon check-out, you must dispose of all trash and personal belongings in the room. For large trash or waste, you must contact a disposal company directly to have it removed. Violations of the above will result in charges.
