This accommodation is a hotel-style 1.5-room apartment. It has a unique structure with a staircase in the middle, separating the kitchen and bedroom. It's south-facing with large, open windows, so it gets plenty of sunlight. Since it's slightly away from the city center, parking is very convenient, and the air is very fresh. It's a large complex with a management office within the complex, and the entire complex has real-time CCTV surveillance, making it a very safe accommodation even for women traveling alone.
There is a bus stop in front of the complex (bus number 612 is in operation). It operates to Seogwipo tourist attractions. Seogwipo Homeplus and E-Mart offer free delivery for orders over 40,000 won. Parking is convenient in front of the house. It is not a designated spot, so you can park anywhere.
Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is complete, we will send you important information via KakaoTalk. The day before your check-in, we will send you photos of the cleaned room and the password. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (violators will be charged for full cleaning). The standard occupancy is 2 people. One additional person can stay for free. There is no extra charge (only bedding for 2 people is provided. No additional bedding can be added).
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. However, if your ferry or flight schedule changes, please let us know in advance so we can make adjustments. Due to the nature of the Jeju region, pest control is carried out regularly, but insects may appear in the summer, so please be sure to close the insect screens. CCTV is installed throughout the complex, and there are double locks on the common entrance and the main entrance. However, if you are uncomfortable with the first-floor location, please refrain from booking. We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. Please tidy up your trash and leave the place clean upon check-out.
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but electricity is charged separately. (This house is built in a hotel style, so there is no floor heating. It is heated by a fan heater on the ceiling.) The electricity bill will be charged separately based on your usage, which will be measured by the meter before check-in and after check-out.
