- 5 minutes from Nokcheon Station on Line 1. - Bus No. 102, which goes towards Jongno, is available right in front of the apartment. - This apartment has a ground-level parking lot, so parking is available. (Instructions for use will be provided separately)
- Move-in is contactless. - When the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - If food waste is generated, please use the provided card to use the disposal facility within the complex.
- No separate cleaning fee will be charged if you perform basic cleaning upon check-out. (A vacuum cleaner, wet mop, and bags will be provided in the room.) - English communicable, contact me anytime through the Chat menu. (Welcome Foreign Tourist)
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use electricity and gas excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. - No cleaning fee is charged. Basic cleaning is required upon check-out.
