It is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from Maewol Industrial Complex, Songwon University, Gwangju CGI Center, Pungam Reservoir, and World Cup Stadium, with convenient transportation and parking within the building. A maximum of 2 people can stay, and in addition to the bed, there is an extra single pad and a single duvet set in the closet. Short-term business travelers and university students are all welcome.

Check-in is contactless. A text message will be sent when the reservation is complete. A guidebook is provided in the room. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Pets are not allowed. A penalty will be charged for any damage to the facilities. *The washing machine, refrigerator, and single-burner induction cooktop were recently replaced with new ones (7/30). The washing machine is clean, so please feel free to use it.

I had a good rest.
I used it well for two months. There was a middle door at the entrance and on the veranda, so it was warmer. The washing machine, refrigerator, dryer, air purifier, and coffee pot were all replaced recently, so they were clean, which was nice. I also put out cockroach poison just in case, but when I checked two months later, there were none. I brought my own shower filter, and there was no rust in the water. It was quiet, with no noise from neighboring units. There's a cafe, bakery, convenience store, and local supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Thank you for the quick responses and handling of my inquiries.
