A nature-friendly accommodation with easy access to Ansan Park or the Gungdongsan walking trail behind the house. Convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies are nearby, and it is a convenient and safe residential area.
-Bus stops are located in all directions within a 5-7 minute walk, and you can easily get to the nearest subway station. Hongik University Station, Sinchon Station (Line 2) - 15 minutes Hongje Station (Line 3) - 15 minutes Gajwa Station (Light Rail) - 10 minutes Since it is a residential area, parking is available at a nearby public parking lot.
- Check-in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. - Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - When requesting a reservation, we will confirm the purpose of the lease and the number of tenants. - Standard occupancy is 4 people, with an additional 50,000 KRW per week for each additional person (separate bank transfer).
- A washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and lint roller are all provided to keep your clothes clean. - Two queen-size beds with comfortable hotel-quality bedding~ - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided for showering. - A set of frying pans, pots, and cooking utensils are provided for cooking~ The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and cordless kettle~ A set of tableware, wine glasses, and mugs are provided for meals~ - Toilet paper and facial tissues are provided once. - Two trash bags and two recycling bags are provided per week. - This is not a lodging establishment, so you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and trash disposal. - In case of damage to fixtures, compensation of twice the market price will be charged. Precautions (Please read) - No moving in. - No pets allowed. - If smoking is detected in the room or bathroom, a special cleaning fee (200,000 won) will be charged. - Only oil-free cooking is allowed in the kitchen. - Do not throw food or wet wipes into the toilet (actual costs will be charged if it gets clogged). - The fee is based on a standard of 4 people, and the price will vary depending on the number of additional guests. - Minors unaccompanied by an adult are not allowed. - Amenity refills and towel changes, including room cleaning, are not available during the stay.
All utilities are included, but if electricity or gas bills exceed 100,000 KRW per month (25,000 KRW per week), the guest is responsible for the excess amount. With reasonable use, it should not exceed the limit.
