This is a newly built apartment near Beomgye Station, with move-ins beginning in August 2024. It features a layout of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit comes equipped with select appliances—including a refrigerator, freezer, kimchi refrigerator, SK Magic oven, direct-flow hot/cold water purifier, four air conditioning units, and a robot vacuum—and offers a relaxing atmosphere thanks to nearby parks and the greenery of Mt. Samseong. Furnishings include beds (one queen and one super-single), a sofa, and a dining table. There is ample storage space provided by a pantry and a walk-in closet, and built-in wardrobes are installed in both smaller bedrooms.
10 minutes by local bus (No. 5) from Beomgye Station. 15 minutes by local bus (No. 5) from Pyeongchon Station. 20 minutes by bus from Anyang Station. Free parking available upon vehicle license plate registration.
Check-in is contactless (door lock code provided before arrival and changed after departure). Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Professionally cleaned before your arrival (covers for sofas, beds, etc., are always replaced). An electronic contract is required for parking registration. This is a non-smoking apartment complex; indoor smoking is prohibited. (A designated smoking area is located on the 1st floor.) The complex features Lotte Super, Mega Coffee, and various popular food trucks.
Located at the foot of Mt. Samsongsan, this apartment offers a relaxing city getaway with easy access to Gwanak Arboretum and the Samsongsan Forest Bathing Area. The area is surrounded by nature, including Anyangcheon Stream, Imgok Park, and Ungok Park. Situated right in front of Anyang Stadium, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Additional terms and conditions will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, we do not provide toiletries or bedding. The 85-inch TV supports terrestrial and cable channels, as well as YouTube (paid VOD is generally unavailable, but any usage will be charged upon checkout). Bidets are installed in all bathrooms. All appliances were purchased new in August 2024; please handle them with care to avoid damage. All furniture is made of high-quality solid wood; please handle with care to avoid damage. Compensation for damages may be charged if appliances or furniture are damaged. An additional fee applies for groups exceeding four people.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Food waste disposal costs are included in the management fee. If excessive usage of the included items causes the actual costs for the period to exceed the standard weekly management fee, an additional charge may be requested. Heating costs, in particular, can easily exceed the limit during winter.

This is my return visit after a year. Satisfaction is top-notch for everyone, from children to adults!! Even after a year, it is still clean, the owner is so nice, and the apartment complex, shops, academies, and parking are all excellent. It is truly a place I want to live in... I had a wonderful stay again this year without any shortcomings. Thank you so much❤️~~
