It is equipped with a bed, TV, internet, and a water purifier, so you can move in immediately and live comfortably. The sofa in the small room and the living room can be converted into beds. It has a security system for safety, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and saunas within a 5-minute walk, and a Lotte Mart within a 10-minute walk.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was kind and accommodating, making me feel right at home.
There were a few disappointing aspects compared to the reviews, but the host's response was good and they reflected all the requests.
