Check-in is contactless. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
We hope you have a comfortable stay and would like to ask you to keep a few things in mind. As this building is also inhabited by other households, smoking, pets, noise, and parties are prohibited. In addition, please purchase and use standard garbage bags for general waste generated during your stay, and place recyclable waste in clear plastic bags outside the building. For food waste, please purchase yellow food waste bags, fill them, and dispose of them in the food waste bin at the building entrance on the first floor. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The host was kind and resolved issues well. The room was pleasant and I had a good stay. As it's a studio, it's not very soundproof, but the neighborhood itself is quiet and the neighbors are also quiet, so I wasn't woken up at night.
I had a clean and comfortable stay.
It was nice to be close to Hangang Park and Mangwon Market.
