- Check-in is contactless. - We will send you a detailed check-in guide via text message 1-2 days in advance. - If you wish to register your vehicle for parking, please reply to the guide message with your vehicle number after receiving it, and we will register it for you. - Check-in time is from 3 PM to 5 PM. - There is an additional charge of 10,000 KRW per person per day for extra guests. - Check-out is by 11 AM on the last day.

(Connects to Han River) - The parking lot is spacious and pleasant, located on the 1st to 3rd floors. One car can be registered for free and an additional car is possible for an extra charge if needed. - There are electric charging facilities in the parking lot. - As this is a short-term rental business and not a lodging business, we do not provide towels, amenities, or disposable items. Please bring your own. - In case of damage or destruction of property, the corresponding amount will be charged. - Although it is a short-term rental, we hope you feel as comfortable as you would in your own home during your stay. - There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person per day for additional guests. - We can issue a cash receipt (mobile phone number) or an electronic invoice (business registration number) for the usage fee.
