Hello. Our accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from Konkuk University Station. It is situated in a residential area, so it is a space for quiet relaxation. 1. As the property is in a residential neighborhood, please refrain from making excessive noise. In particular, the use of the washing machine, drinking and partying, singing, and loud voices are prohibited after 11 PM. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, within the building, and in the parking area. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Please wash the dishes and sort your trash/recycling before checking out. 5. Please bring your own toiletries and towels. 6. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. 7. You may be charged for any damage to or staining of the furnishings or amenities. 8. We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed.

Please note that the bedding is always freshly laundered for every guest. Parties, drinking and revelry, and loud behavior are strictly prohibited. This applies especially after 11:00 PM.
