This is a clean studio apartment with excellent value for money, located in a residential area with good transportation. It has a private parking space and is fully furnished as shown in the photos. Only the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is a shared space. It is a semi-basement room, and the mattress size is 120x200, which is a slightly smaller semi-double size. The upper floor is a space that operates from 1 PM to 7 PM, so you can rest quietly without noise between floors. - The maximum occupancy is 2 people, but we recommend single occupancy for a more comfortable stay.
There is a bus stop nearby with buses going in various directions, and it is located in a residential area with good transportation. It is a 10-minute walk to Suwon Starfield. It is located between Hwaseo Station and Suwon Station, about a 15-minute walk to Hwaseo Station, or 1-2 stops by bus.
- Check-in is contactless and takes place after 3 PM. - Check-out time is by 11 AM. (Please adhere to the check-out time for the next guest.) - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Please note that pets, indoor smoking, parties, or events are not permitted. - The maximum occupancy is 2 people, but we recommend a single occupant.
- If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of damages. - The property has been thoroughly cleaned and is equipped with consumables and supplies for your initial move-in, so you can use them immediately after moving in. - For a quiet rest, our accommodation is not recommended for infants under 2 years of age or children aged 2 to 12. - Registration of move-in is not possible for short-term rentals.
- Utility bills for gas, water, and electricity are included in the management fee. - If you excessively use items included in the above utility bills, such as electricity and gas, additional management fees may be requested. - Wireless internet is available.
It was a semi-basement unit, but it was clean and nice.
