Located in Samhwa-dong, Donghae-si, it is a 15-minute drive to Donghae Station (KTX).
Pets are allowed, and all facilities must be restored to their original condition. 🫶🏻 (No restrictions on breed/weight.)
The Mureungbyeol Yuchonji tourist attraction is nearby. The village has banks (Saemaul Geumgo, post office), convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and cafes. ❗️A park and cafe are scheduled to be completed next to the building. :) ⭕️Although we clean and inspect after every use, there have been instances where guests experienced inconvenience due to traces that were not found immediately after filming or rental use. 🥲Please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt action.
It is operated with an oil boiler, and if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I was honestly quite worried after reading the reviews below, but communication was excellent and the place was spotless. I stayed there for about a week with my parents, and contrary to my concerns, it was a wonderful experience!! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again!
The cleanliness is appalling; even the trash cans were filled with garbage from previous occupants and were filthy. I was forced to stay here while away from home, but I checked out early, having stayed for less than half of the contracted period. I strongly advise anyone planning to stay here not to waste their money or ruin their experience by choosing this place simply for its "value."
